Why do I have to continue paying if my tickets are already canceled and/or I didn’t travel?

When you opt to use Vuelo to book your travel using a virtual card, we pay for your travel on your behalf, and in return, you agree to repay the amount outlined in your credit agreement via installments.

If your booking has been canceled, please contact our team by sending an email to [email protected] and provide a cancellation/refund confirmation that you received from your travel provider.

Our team will do the rest - we'll verify this information with your travel provider and let you know the next steps. Any refunds owed will be credited back to your Vuelo account to clear your outstanding balance.

If the refund is not enough to cover your outstanding balance, you will still be liable to repay the remaining difference.
