Why do I have to continue paying if my tickets are already cancelled and/or I didn’t travel?

When you choose to use Vuelo to book your travel, we cover the costs of your journey upfront. In exchange, you commit to repaying the specified amount in your finance agreement through instalments.

If your booking has been cancelled, please reach out to our team by sending an email to [email protected].

Be sure to include the cancellation/refund confirmation you received from your travel provider.

Our dedicated team will handle the details from there. We'll cross-check this information with your travel service provider and update you on the following steps.

Refunds due will be applied to your Vuelo account, offsetting your current balance.

However, if the refund doesn't fully cover your balance, the remaining amount is still your responsibility to repay 🙌
