How do I amend my booking?

This will depend on how you made your booking:

If you booked using one of our ๐Ÿ’ณ Virtual card (one time card), you'll have to get in touch with your chosen travel provider directly.

You'll be able to find the best way to contact your travel provider on their website.

Keep in mind that all changes to your booking are subject to your travel provider's policies and only you, as the person who made the booking, will be able to request any amendments.

If you booked using the ๐Ÿ“ฑVuelo app directly on ๐Ÿ’ผ Stays and Flights, the fastest way to cancel your booking is to get in touch via our chat in our app | VueloConnect bot and select "Booking cancellations and amendments".

When reaching out, please provide us with your preferred itinerary details so we can contact the airlines/stays to enquire about availability as soon as possible.

Please keep in mind that Airline prices can change at any time. This means that, if you decide to go ahead, the price given to you may no longer be valid when we try to process your change. If the price is the same or lower, we will proceed with your requested changes.
