  • Payments on Hold: Didn’t get your booking or anything else? Pause your payments and let us assist you.

  • Return Assistance: Start a booking dispute through the Vuelo App, and your payment will be suspended for 30 days, giving the merchant time to address the issue.


    Covered Situations

    • Received an entirely different item.

    • Misrepresented item condition.

    • Advertised as authentic but counterfeit.

    • Missing booking

    • Booking or parts not received.

    Situations Not Covered

    • Described defect by the merchant.

    • Subjective expectations.

    • Wrong custom booking order.

    • Minor issues in booking.

    • In-store purchases.

    • Valid proof of delivery by merchant.

    How to Claim:

    1. Open Vuelo App.

    2. Click "Chat with us".

    3. Click on "VueloProtect Policy"

    4. Follow the guidance for ticket claims.
