How to Track Your Claim:
Log in to your Vuelo account.
Navigate to the "Customer Service" section.
Open the specific claim ticket you wish to track.
You'll find the status of your claim clearly displayed, along with the corresponding date for each status update (you also receive an update via email).
Understanding the Status of Your Claim:
Submitted: This indicates that we have successfully received and acknowledged your claim. The date alongside represents the day we received your claim.
In Progress: At this stage, our team is diligently reviewing the specifics of your claim. We're examining the details you've provided, liaising with the merchant involved, and possibly gathering more information to make an informed decision.
Resolved: Your claim review is complete. The decision, either favorable or declined, has been made. The date represents the day the decision was finalised.
⚠️ Note: There's no need to contact our support team to check on the progress of your claim. The most up-to-date status is always available in your account. However, if you have other questions or concerns, we're here to help!
